Activists confess ‘Bible ban’ does target ‘faith community’


In what could be a huge embarrassment for the online “fact-checker” Snopes, both a California lawmaker and an LGBT activist have admitted their intention to target “pastors” and the “faith community” over the issue of counseling that would encourage that a man is a man, not a woman, and vice versa.

The arguments have arisen over the state’s new law that critics have charged effectively would ban the sale of Bibles, since the law, still a proposal, would denounce as “consumer fraud” any commercial transaction that involves instructions or counseling that a man is not a woman even if he says he feels like he is.

The Bible clearly counsels that, and the sale of a Bible certainly is a consumer transaction.

WND just reported a day ago that only hours after WND reported on the original concerns, Snopes, an online “fact-check” site, blasted such comments as “False,”
